Refund policy

  • Restocking Fee:
    • A 5% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items (excluding exchanges and defective items).
  • Final Sale Items:
    • All final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items will be clearly marked on the product page and at checkout.
  • Refund Processing:
    • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Items eligible for return:

  • Must have all original tags and packaging attached.
  • Must be purchased within the last 90 days.
  • If any defects appear by manufacturer fault

Items not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items.
  • Used or opened items.
  • Items missing original tags or packaging.
  • Items purchased more than 90 days ago.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
